Investments in real estate are the only profession in the country that does not have a standardized formal training curriculum. Because your success as a real estate investor depends largely on their ability to get useful information and advice when you need it, and because educational institutions of their local community do not teach critical issues such as how treat a non-paying, the only way to find your answers is to find a mentor to teach you the details of this activity.

Choose a mentor who has knowledge, to be motivated, that is accessible and complies with high ethical and business standards. Do not abuse the trust of his mentor constantly asking for information that you could get if reading. And do not forget to thank your mentor inviting lunch, bringing gift certificates to your favorite restaurant and certainly interesting opportunities for informing him when you know them. Where you can find mentors? Look for them in the non-profit associations of real estate investment associations or landlords. There will be plenty of people to share.

North Korea intensified control measures for fear of the spread of Ebola, to prohibit the entry of foreign tourists to the country from tomorrow, travel agencies working in this country reported .

"We just received notice from our partners in North Korea that, tourists from any country, regardless of where they come from, will not be allowed to enter," the travel company Young Pioneer Tours said.

However, it is unclear whether the North Korean ban will also apply to diplomats or businessmen who have relations with Pyongyang.

Young Pioneer Tours, a travel company based in China that manages travel to North Korea, simply noted that North Korea suspended until further order the entry of foreign tourists to the country to prevent the arrival of the deadly virus.

Other agencies specializing in trips to North Korea confirmed the news, including Koryo Tours, which has close ties to the regime.

"The country will not accept any international tourists from, Friday, October 24, closing its borders in practice by the threat of the spread of the Ebola virus," Koryo Tours said in a statement from its headquarters in Beijing.

As part of the control measures in possible cases of Ebola, the North Korean regime tightened quarantine at ports, airports and border areas, said a representative of the Ministry of Health in the North Korean state television.

He stressed the importance of "responsible medical checkups" to any North Korean who return from the West African region and other countries affected by the virus, as well as foreigners visiting the country.

North Korean news agency did not confirm the prohibition of entry of foreign tourists to the country, but last September that his country was reported to increase efforts to detect foreigners and tourists that could carry the virus.

According to figures from the World Health Organization (WHO) Ebola has infected 936 people and nine thousand killed at least four thousand 877 of them, mostly in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.
